About Me
My journey into design has been anything but conventional. I didn't grow up with a passion for design or come from a creative background. In high school, my focus was on athletics, but when I got to college and realized I wouldn't be continuing sports, I found myself searching for a new direction.
Everything changed when a friend suggested I take a course she thought I'd enjoy: History of Design. I enrolled without any expectations, but that class completely reshaped the way I saw the world. From Raphael's The School of Athens to Shepard Fairey's iconic 2008 Barack Obama HOPE poster, I was fascinated by the power of visual storytelling and the impact thoughtful design could have on culture and society. That course sparked a curiosity I never knew I had. It taught me to see the world through a creative lens and ignited a passion that ultimately led me to pursue a career in design. What started as a single elective became the foundation of the work I do today—creating thoughtful, purposeful designs that connect with people and solve meaningful problems.
